Cloud Accounting

Cloud accounting in the form of XERO or MYOB allows ease of access, real time information via bank feeds and a process for sharing data with your bookkeeping provider, your accountant and even potential finance providers.

 

AFYF staff are experienced with cloud accounting, are XERO certified and have professional partnership status with MYOB.

·        Cloud based accounting allows the client, the bookkeeper and the accountant to access data without exchanging files

·        As long as you have an internet connection you can access on demand

·        XERO is subscription based and updated ongoing with new functionality and ATO information

·        XERO allows you to transfer your existing historical data from other programs

·        AFYF can assist with XERO set up, conversion, opening balances and trouble shooting

·        For those who want to manage their finances directly, we run one-on-one classes, in our office in the use of the following computer software:

·        XERO

·        MYOB

·        Excel and other programs
