The AFYF Document Portal

You may have noticed access to our old Portal is no longer active. We have been rolling out our new system over the past months, which also includes a new Document Portal. The new Document Portal is a secure platform for our clients to upload documents directly into our system and is done via Sharepoint.

To gain access to the Portal, we will need to send you an invite.  If you haven’t received this already, just let us know and we can take action.  The Portal is available all year round, so any documents you think may be useful can be uploaded throughout the year.  Our invitation will also include our new checklist to assist you in gathering your tax paperwork to be sent to us. Remember, the more documents you provide, the better.

The invite looks like this:

Accounting For Your Future would like to invite you to our new Document Portal to give you access to your secure client folders. This ensures your documents remain secure, private, and only accessed by those intended. This Document Portal will provide you with quick access to all documents we share with you and provides an alternate way for you to send documents to our practice in a secure way.

 Document Portal Home Page

  • Note: Please click on the link and use the login process. If it prompts you to sign in with another Microsoft account (other than the one you have been invited to) then just click on Use another account and complete the login process.

 Share Folder

  • This folder contains all documents that have been shared with you.

Upload Folder

  • This Folder is for you to send documents to our office.

Please be aware, any documents you upload to the Document Portal will automatically move to our internal systems. They will disappear from your Upload Folder view but will later reappear as a copy in your Shared Folder.

Note: When you load documents to the new Portal, these will automatically transfer into our internal system and will no longer be visible via your Portal access.

Additional to the Document Portal is our new signing platform, FuseSign. FuseSign provides a 2-step process for signing documents including tax returns. For the 2-step process to work we need to make sure your email address & mobile phone number are up to date, so it’s important to let us know if your contact details have changed.

The new Document Portal and FuseSign are designed to make it easier for our clients, as well as comply with ATO guidelines.
