Signing Made Simple: A Secure and Easy Way to Handle Your Documents

We are always looking for ways to make your experience with us better. That's why we're now using FuseSign, a simple electronic platform, to handle all your ATO and ASIC documents and lodgements.

Why We Use FuseSign

  • It's Secure: FuseSign is a very secure system that meets all electronic transaction standards set by the ATO and ASIC. This keeps your sensitive information safe.
  • Fast and Easy: You can sign documents electronically from your phone, tablet, or computer. No more printing, scanning, or mailing! This makes the whole process much quicker.

Receiving and Signing Your Documents

The process is designed to be very easy to follow.

  • Receive a Message: You will receive a message from us via both text and email when a document is ready for your signature.

  • Access is Secure: When you click the link in the message, you will receive a secure code on your phone via text to login. Just enter this code to open your documents.

  • Review and Sign: You can scroll through all the documents in the pack. The system will guide you on where to sign.
  • Important Note on Downloading: You can save a copy of the documents before you sign. The final, signed version will also be available for you to download and save once the process is complete.
 

What's Inside Your Document Pack?

When you open your FuseSign document pack, you will find:

  • A cover letter explaining the documents included for signing, detailing lodgement timelines, payment deadlines and payment details where required
  • Documents related to your ATO and ASIC lodgements, including Tax Returns, BAS, and IAS.
  • Any other financial reports or documents that require your signature.

Don't Forget Your Cover Letter

  • Always Read It: The cover letter is very important. Please take a moment to read it before you sign any documents.
  • Key Information Inside: It explains the main points of the documents sent for review, including any important changes, as well as deadline and payment details.

Before you sign

  • Review Carefully: We strongly recommend that all documents be reviewed thoroughly before you proceed.
  • Download for Your Records: You can download a copy of the documents at any time. The final, signed version will be made available to you once the process is complete, which you can save for your files.
